Thanks for brilliant stay during our next annual visit. Has good value for money room with a view to chill. The place is just off town centre, restaurants, main attractions, and grocery and bars, restaurants and Xmas markets.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful here. Its bathroom had a shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The location itself was magnificent and amazing very close to all attractions.

The property had a fantastic view and good-sized rooms. It was located in a perfect area very close to the centre.

Beautifully decorated rooms provided with a balcony. An electric kettle, a dishwasher, and refrigerators for cooking. Perfect and incredible setting near center as well as the main square of the old town.

It was a lovely stay during our next annual visit, I recommend the place. Our apartment was pleasant short walk to the restaurant downstairs, bars, restaurants, shops, and all the bars. Staff were really helpful all the time. The bed was comfortable, we slept well, and greatly enjoyed views of of the historic Krakow skyline.

Staff were competent and absolutely excellent people, with a very pleasant and helpful English speaking receptionist.

The apartment was nicely decorated. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were good to have.

We had a great stay at this place, it's conveniently located close to restaurants, cafes, and major attractions, and they even provide takeaway breakfast with meat.

It was chilled-out base for visiting most Krakow attractions. Staff was amicable and funny.

Rooms were a little bit dated.

We had a wonderful stay at Feniks Fragola Apartments. the location couldn't have been more perfect, just off the central square. the room was modern, clean, and cozy, with all the facilities we needed, including a kitchenette. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and a map of the area. We even received a small snack and bottle of water upon arrival. a fantastic stay in the heart of the city.

The lobby area was a bit dark and uninviting.

Marvellous location close to all the amazing bars and the square and the hourly bugle playing and church bells, and the room was outstanding. The property was located in the middle of the city.

Great location, just a short walk to the main square and with stunning views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth. The room was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in the city. a fantastic place to stay.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the toiletries in the bathroom were lacking. It would have been nice to have more than just shower gel, or at least be informed beforehand.
